Traverse the treacherous yet breathtaking "Middle Land" on this ultimate 10-day circuit. Starting from Shimla's lush valleys, you will ascend into the barren high-altitude desert of Spiti. As of May 1, 2026, the Manali-Kaza road via Kunzum Pass remains closed due to heavy snowfall, making the full circuit impossible until mid-May or early June 2026. The Shimla-Kinnaur route is currently open, but can be temporarily blocked by snowfall or landslides. Highlights include the world's highest post office, ancient monasteries.
