Refund Policy

30-day pass β all sales are final
The MileMarked 30-day pass (βΉ49) is a digital product. Access is granted the moment your payment is confirmed. Because the pass is consumed and unlockable content is delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a payment is successful.
We make this policy clear at checkout and you confirm acceptance before completing payment.
When we do refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge. If you accidentally paid twice for the same pass within 24 hours, the duplicate charge is refunded β the older pass stays active.
- Technical failure. If your payment succeeded at Razorpay but the pass never activated and our support team can't recover it within 72 hours, the full amount is refunded.
- Unauthorized charge. Suspected fraud or account compromise β please contact us within 7 days of the charge appearing on your statement.
What we do not refund
- Change of mind after a successful payment.
- Not using the pass during the 30-day window.
- Deleting cookies or losing access on a device that wasn't linked to a MileMarked account.
- Disagreement with content quality or route information (please report it instead β we update routes based on rider feedback).
How to request a qualifying refund
Email support@milemarked.com with:
- The email address used at checkout
- The Razorpay payment ID (begins with
pay_β visible in your payment confirmation email) - A short description of the issue
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method, typically arriving within 5β7 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting our support team will result in the disputed pass being revoked and may prevent future purchases under the same identity. Please reach out first β we resolve almost all billing concerns within 48 hours.
Pass expiry
Passes are time-limited and expire exactly 30 days after activation. We do not auto-renew β you decide whether to repurchase. Unused days do not carry over to a new pass.
